I offer a comprehensive range of pet care services to help you out when you need pet sitting, dog walking or home visits. Whether you're planning a holiday or need assistance while you're at work, rest assured that I provide reliable and trustworthy care for types of pets, no matter their size. For peace of mind, know that your beloved companions are in safe hands with me - I hold a Level 3 Award in Canine Emergency First Aid.

Dog Walking & Day Visits

The pace of life today is fast, with last minute meetings and long work hours. The last thing you need is to be worrying about your dog being bored on his own or sitting cross-legged!

I can offer regular daily walks, visits to let your dog out into your own garden to stretch his legs, or ad hoc visits if you have a late meeting or are going out straight after work.

Walks
For walks, I’ll collect your dog from your home and walk in one of our local parks or popular spots. Dogs are walked on a lead only and with a maximum of three dogs at any time. If you prefer your dog to be walked on his own, that’s fine too but there is a small additional charge. If the weather is typically British and rainy, your dog will be towel dried once back home.

Walks can be booked for 30 minutes or an hour, and can be booked on a regular or ad hoc basis, subject to availability.

Visits
If your dog is a puppy, elderly, unwell or just doesn’t need the exercise of a long walk, I can visit your home to let him out into your garden. I’ll clean up any mess (indoors or out), feed and administer any medication required, refill water bowls and maybe slip in the odd treat if allowed...

A home visit will last for 30 minutes. Please see the rates page for charges.

Holiday and Emergency Pet Sitting

Going on holiday but don’t want to put your cat in a cattery or impose on family and friends? That’s where I come in. And it’s not just cats; I can look after any pet within your home.

I’ll visit once or twice a day to sort out litter trays or hutches, feed and refresh water and administer medication if required. It’s less stressful for your pet being in their own home with familiar smells and sounds, and less for you to worry about while you’re away. I can even give you updates by text if you’d like them.

Sometimes you need someone to look after your pet at short notice, perhaps if you suddenly have to go to visit family or are taken into hospital. Just give me a call and I can make sure your pet is fed and checked on while you’re away.

 Horse Care

I started riding when I was 4 years old (that’s a long time ago) and have owned horses for over 20 years. I no longer ride but I've owned some flighty thoroughbreds as well as cob types, so I’m happy to look after any type of horse or pony.

I can check your horse over while you’re away, pick out feet and check fences. See below for the full range of services, and the rates page for prices.
